Jordan had the day off yesterday for Memorial day which was AWESOME!! And everyone was going or going to be gone so it was just the 2 of us which I feel like doesn't happen as much as it should. We have been starting our days out pretty early, earlier then when we were in school it has been nice. Jordan went and played basketball and I went for a walk. We studied and then my family was playing racquetball. We played for about an hour then it was going to be just us! We cleaned the entire house (it is amazing how much faster it gets cleaned with both of us doing it then just me doing it) Then we didn't know what to do with ourselves.
Usually we resort to watching a movie and it was in the plan but we ended up not really having time which was awesome. I was just going to fix something simple for dinner so we could enjoy just being with each other. BUT I had the great idea to make homemade pizza. I had never done it before and it sounded so good to me so I whipped up some dough which I made way too much of, but you can never have too much pizza!! While it was rising we decided to make a fort. We got this cool fort kit from Jordan's mom for Christmas and we hadn't used it yet.
It comes with 2 sheets with ties and loops on each corner, clamps, suction cups with hooks, some rope and a light. We had so much fun putting it together. It was difficult to find places to stick the suction cups to. They only stick well to glass so we started putting them on picture frames which was not the greatest idea ever.

It is pretty sweet isn't it. We thought it was at least. We were worried we might actually have visitors for once since we had made a mess of our family room and WE DID HAVE VISITORS!!! Robby and Rebeka stopped by to drop off some food. They crawled through to get out of our fort and enter our kitchen. They just laughed at us, and Robby like my pizza!!
So we made our pizzas and we had lots of fun and they were so good. We did 2 big ones and then a Calzone. With Robby's help we only finished 1 1/2. So we have leftovers today!

So it was amazing to say the least and we had so much fun making them together and eating as we went along. We decided to also make a cookie pizza and while we were waiting on that we decided to play some Harry Potter Scene IT!!!
I barely won which was a surprise since Jordan was ahead of me the entire time by a long shot. I just got lucky!!

It was a very successful night. Way too much food and sugar but it was so fun. I can't wait till he has another day off and we get to play again!! He is my FAVORITE!!!
