A start of 1st Anniversaries!

This last week has been super busy but so much fun!!
Last weekend we took a trip to Sierra Vista to see Jordan's Parents.  I love getting to visit them, I always have so much fun!  We decided not to leave until Saturday morning.  Jordan had a man date or movie night with Allan on Friday so we decided we could just leave early on Saturday and be fine.  We took off and got there by 9 :D  Which is what we had planned on, Yay for us for leaving on time!!  (always on vacations or trips, I don't think it matters who you are!!!  You can never seem to leave on time and get somewhere when you want to.  At least my family never could.  Something ALWAYS comes up or you can't find something or you remember something.  ALWAYS!!!)  But we made it on time!!
It is so nice driving a functioning car, it is nice not being scared for your life every time you drive away.  I know now that everything is taken care of and it will start and drive straight and our wheels won't be fall off of us anytime soon!
We arrived on Sept. 1st, which happened to be their 24th Anniversary!!  I had no idea, and I am so glad they choose to spend it with us.

This Lovely Couple in Blue!!
We had a very eventful day as well!!  We decided we wanted to play tennis, which was so fun!  Then we later played Volleyball with some friends from their ward.  We had such a blast.  No one was professionals which made it that much more funny.  We did get better as we went. Jordan and I before realizing it was his parent's anniversary decided we finally wanted to use our wedding gift of Outback gift cards that night with his family.  They didn't object and thought it would be perfect. We were going to share but they insisted that since it was our wedding gift we couldn't use it on them. So we used it all on us, we did share a little though.  We had so much food and it was so much fun.  We haven't eaten out at a really nice place in awhile.  We visit Denny's but that doesn't count.
I love getting to know his family and seeing how his family works.  Rachel is in love with food, GOOD food!  She loves savoring every moment, literally, which is hilarious!!  I love this family I get to call mine.
We also decided to make a few crafts.  So his mom and I made a calendar which just lists the days.  A Birthday calendar which is exactly what I need since I forget when they are sometimes.

We got to spend Sunday with them which happens never.  We went to the new chapel in Sierra Vista which reminds me of the new church buildings in Snowflake, beautiful building.  A lady in their ward needed help with her kids and so we got to play with them.  She has a few boys between 2-4 but I got to play with her sweet little girl who was a month old.  Jordan and I had so much fun!!!  She was still just so tiny!!  She was the best baby!!  That will be a weird day when one of those is ours.  We just sat there staring and can't imagine when they day will come.  It will be so exciting.  I hope our baby is as good as that sweet little girl!

Monday we left and came back to Thatcher.  I had a clinical on Tuesday which was great for a first one.  This was the first one where I stressed so much about missing, or being late to a clinical.  I kept waking up every half hour or less and kept dreaming I was going to be late!  Worst night's sleep ever!!  But I was on time and everything went perfectly. Then class from 8- 4 and work till 5:30 on Wednesday.   Yesterday, Thursday, class from 8-3, homework till 5, made dinner and then went to class for an hour left early to go to the Music Opening Social, then back to the computer lab to finish homework till closing time.  Jordan and I had just finished our homework and saved it just as the power went out!!  THANKS GOODNESS!!!

I was reading on Facebook that it was a one year anniversary to their first date.  I knew ours had been around this time too so I finally looked it up to figure out which day it was.  Our first date was one Sept. 4th, with games, a bonfire and smores, and lots and lots of talking.  I am so glad I asked him!! :D  He has been making my life absolutely wonderful since that day.  He is the best thing that could have ever happened to me.  He is my best friend!!  I love that silly man I stayed up late talking to with, and still do every night!  He has made me laugh every day and there is not a day that goes by that I don't fall in love with him all over again, and know that he loves me back just as much. I am excited for the start of all of our first year anniversaries!!

A few pictures from way back when.

Not a first date, but something we loved to do often while dating,  playing to Piano!

I am still in love with this face!

Super Stop Sandwhiches, Jordan's staple while we were dating.  He was laughing so hard, he had never seen it get so  big!
This was just the other day, He decided to take it while I was coughing, what a sweetheart! :D
